RCM responds to Inter Tribal Council of Arizona concerns

In an April 2010 letter to the Committee on Natural Resources, the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona (ITCA) expressed opposition to S. 409 and H.R. 4880. Resolution Copper has  responded to the issues raised by the ITCA that we believe warrant correction and clarification.

Mark-up of S.409 was included in a package of 32 bills reported out of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources this morning. This is an important step in the process that will bring the project one step closer to reality. Read about the bill changes here.
